The role also works closely with People Business Partners (BPs) to lead system requirements for organizational restructures.  As a secondary responsibility, the role supports the broader People Operations team in the provision seamless end-to-end operational HR advice and services to the Australian Anheuser-Busch In Bev (ABI) business, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB). The scope of advice and services extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, and the employee life cycle (- hire to retire- process), to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centres of Excellence (COEs).  Roles and Responsibilities :   - Execute org restructure requests and effective and efficient query resolution in accordance with prescribed standards and agreed SLA  - Effective diagnoses and translation of business requests for OM maintenance  - Create and maintain Job Families, Functional Areas, Org Units, Jobs and Positions in SAP whilst adhering to prescribed standards and rules  - Execute request form People Business Partners to update and link Job Descriptions, Job evaluation  - Effective diagnoses and translation of requests for information and delivery of ad hoc reports to People Business Partners or other key stakeholders as requested  - Conduct audits on the accuracy and completeness of OM and PA objects and report outcomes to the People Operations team and relevant People Business Partners  Contract generation for new hires & employee changes - first time right.  SAP HR transactions & data management, ensuring high level of data accuracy  Position and organisational management in SAP  Employee letter generation - parental leave, confirmation of employment, incentive program & merit review outcomes.  - In consultation with the Org Management Specialist, support People Business Partners to manage organisational restructures (incl. contracts, system changes and connecting other business areas to avoid disruption to business operations)  Aim to go beyond just responding to your customers queries on People processes, policies and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP, L&D, Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Excellence Program to support them all the way to resolution.  Ensure advice provided in a friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People - ZCC team.  - Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe.  Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders;  - Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business  Contribute to and/or lead adhoc projects as instructed by the People team or Team Leader.  - Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs.  Key Relationships :   Service & Operations Team - Australia  People Directors and Business Partners  People Centres of Excellence (L&D, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards)  Service & Operations Senior Manager  Employee Relations Counsel  IS Service Desk IS Access Management Team  Ideal Candidate:  Degree qualified in Business or related discipline :   2-4 years of relevant experience, shared service experience is a plus  Prior experience working SAP Organisational Management and SAP HR  Intermediate MS Word, Office and PowerPoint skills  Advanced Excel skills :   Prior expertise working as a technical consultant or advisor well regarded  Excellent verbal and written English communication  Excellent ability to translate between business requirements and technical system terms.  The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose  Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.  Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution.  Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.
