Leads the process including assessments, gap analysis, action plans, and execution  - Implement programs of well being and basic conditions in the company  - Work closely with all functional areas: supply, commercial etc. Also, coordinates corporate events leveraging global and local requirements  Looking for-  - Masters in Communications or MBA  - 3+ years of experience in Communication  - Strong knowledge of technical platforms, internal media channels administration, change management, work environment and engagement processes  - Exceptional communication skills  - Strong leadership and influence skills  - Ability to work on multiple projects
