Leading and monitoring programmes led by cross functional teams  - Working closely with external partners including Government bodies, NGOs, other quasi-governmental bodies in budgeting, executing, monitoring and carrying out due-diligence of various programmes  - Championing and following all AB InBev policies relating to responsible marketing of beer including Policy on Commercial Communication  - Working closely with the communications team in creating awareness and publicity of the various programmes  Ideal Candidate:  - PG/ Master's degree in Communication/ MBA in Communication is a must  - Experience in managing a similar role in an organisation known for its CSR and Communication initiatives at a senior level will be highly regarded  - Thorough understanding of the media, social environment and business risks in terms of sustainability  - Understanding of Communication challenges in the present day business environment  - Knowledge of new age communication tools  - People Management skills - close relationship management within the team and with external stakeholders  - Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills  - A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks  - Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills  - Ability to work with a multiple stakeholders including cross-functional teams, consumers, regulatory bodies, government agencies, industry apex bodies, external vendors and partners
