Head - Commercial Planning and Performance Management  Job Responsibilities:  - Lead & develop Commercial PPM team for BU India  - Provide strategic expertise and business partnering to support effective decision making  - Provide thought leadership, develop systems & processes and drive implementation to improve commercial routines & business decision making   - Partner with zone & global teams for effective alignment on commercial plans & results  - Lead the successful deployment of Integrated Commercial Planning across the BU  - Set up the structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve the commercial performance  - Manages the Commercial cycle from 1YP, 3YP, other Zone, global requests.  - Will need to dive deep into the regional data to understand how the market works. Needs to provide the tools to the sales team to sell in the most efficient and profitable manner. Will need to work very closely with the regional sales team.  - Does detailed analytics into the industry/ competition movement in different regions/states/segments to enable the company to create an accurate budget and understand the gaps that are present in the current plan. Prepared a data-backed plan to close those gaps.  - Owns market share/ volume targets of the regions  - Executes and manages pricing, the route to market, wholesaler compensation guidelines and trade discount spend. Delivers net revenue, MACO goals in the region- through combined actions on price and discounts  - Develop tools for the trade marketing team to enable them to do a more efficient job by measuring the performance of trade programs, incentives, discounts etc.   - Builds the knowledge to use sales analytical tools such as APT, time series etc. (Don- t expect you to know the tools but expect you to learn new tools and actively use them)   - Works with sales leadership and legal on goals for territory expansion and sales team deployment- Drive Sales processes efficiency improvement and ensure optimal allocation of people sales resources to deliver payback and guarantee targets achievement: Distribution, MS, Volume, NR, ZBB, and EBITDA  Ideal Candidate:  - Education: B.Tech/CA/ MBA  - 5-8 years of experience, industry experience would be a plus!  - Adept at working & communicating with top management   - Ability to drive change across cross-functional disciplines   - Ability to plan diligently and execute swiftly  - Ability to adapt and lead teams effectively in a rapidly changing environment
