Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the experiential marketing strategy for all brands in the portfolio - Budweiser, Corona, Hoegaarden, Beck- s, to bring alive and execute brand culture through on-ground experiences
- Build community and boost brand awareness through events, influencers and other creative tools. Be on top of current experiential and culture trends
- Hands on event management of large scale owned event properties and sponsorships, from planning to production, to reconciliation and recapping
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Brand, Trade Marketing, Media, Sales teams - to build execution plans that maximize the impact of the events network across the business.
- Mine for new partnership potential and revenue opportunities, in an effort to consistently fuel the pipeline for the brand's experiential-based offerings
- Closely manage project budgets including the ability to develop accurate cost estimates for projects as well maintaining the budget and post project reporting.
- Maintain and roll out documentation for assigned events and projects that clearly define goals, expectations, and programmatic guidelines for regional stakeholders responsible for marketing and production.
- Serve as branding expert across events network working with key stakeholders and third parties as necessary to ensure the relevant program experience is consistently communicated.
- Liaise with third-party production partners, when applicable, to successfully bring event concepts to market
- Measure and monitor activation success criteria and execute the recap strategy
- Manage activation team calendars and production timelines on all projects and expectations across teams
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA Degree from a reputed institute (preferred)
- High Drive for results, while maintaining a flexible and solution-oriented approach
- Impact and influence, excels at cross-group collaboration
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
- Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects
- Has a keen interest in staying updated about emerging experiential & culture trends
