We're looking for a motivated, analytically-minded candidate who wants to be part of a start-up style environment that combines the resources and future mobility offered by a large corporation. Ideally you have a broad skill set and are willing to take on (or teach yourself to take on) any challenge. You may go from editing jpg images to drafting survey questions to analysing statistical models to presenting to company Vice Presidents all in the same week.

Education :

- Master's or PhD student in Marketing Research, Quantitative Psychology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, or any other field related to consumer research, business, and quantitative analysis

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong written and verbal English skills

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to generate business insights from statistical model outputs

- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Visual Basic

Strongly Preferred Requirements :

- SQL

- R

- Conjoint or discrete choice analysis (multinomial logit, censored regression, or experimental design)

- Survey research experience

Primary Responsibilities :

- Work with internal clients at ABI to understand their business problems, translate those problems into a survey design which can best address those business problems, work with statistical experts to analyse the resulting survey data, and then provide insight back to the business based on those results

- Business problems may deal with price, promotion optimization, or new product introductions / assortment

- These results must then be summarized as insights and recommendations to be presented to the business

- Work with multiple external vendors to minimize the timing and cost of survey research

- Be passionate about the beer industry and results oriented about your work

- Shape and document future best practices for a small but growing team

- Build your expertise across a variety of marketable skills
