Accountabilities - Driving the right culture in the organization in line with company vision, mission and values - Promoting team working and team building culture in the region - Supporting the Region Director in identifying and building the right behavior, through personal interactions, training, workshops etc. - Facilitate communication of organization's policies in the region - Lead end to end talent management process for the region - Drive learning initiatives in the region in co-ordination with L&amp;D lead at hub - Own the engagement survey process and drive resulting action plan in the region - Manpower planning for the region based on the projected volumes &amp; units requirements - manpower forecasting as well as manpower rationalization (if required), secondary manpower planning etc. - Preparing and managing budgets for different breweries including manpower and administrative costs, and support services - Recruiting for the vacancies at different breweries in region in coordination with Hub team - Interacting with the Plant Heads to decide on issues related to improved work procedures, improving efficiencies through interdepartmental transfers, counseling etc. - Ensuring amenable Union - Management relation exist so as to make sure that plant operates smoothly &amp; no man-days are lost due to industrial unrest - Negotiating with the unions (for Wage Agreements/Incentive etc.) as &amp; when required &amp; proceed on the terms after discussions - Liaison with the various statutory bodies like ALC's office, Factory Inspectors Office that affect the day to day functioning of the unit. - Negotiating with the union &amp; its representatives on any impending issues &amp; make them understand the management's viewpoints - Interactions with the plant heads regarding the manpower related issues that include discipline, absenteeism, OT etc. - Support plant HR managers to conduct grievance handling procedures &amp; Domestic enquiries - Ensuring that all the employees are getting all the benefits of the workers Benefit Schemes and facilities are at optimum levels of basic budgets - Initiating community development in the surrounding area to build better relationships with the community around and enhance the image of the company along with Corporate Affairs department Job Qualifications: - MBA in HR from premier B-School - 7-12 years of relevant experience Skills/Knowledge: - Ability to lead and inspire teams - Strong IR knowledge - Good commercial acumen - High level of communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build effective relationships in an ambiguous environment Personal attributes: - High energy - Solution-oriented and positive attitude - Exceptional customer orientation - Fast-mover, quick to adapt - Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment - Integrity and professionalism - Love for beer!
