AB InBev - Associate Director - Logistics Engineering (7-12 yrs)
To lead the development of Logistics strategic initiatives to Business Case sign off, and to support the broader program of logistics transformation.
To comprehensively review what we do in order to ensure that we continue to deliver quality services and maximise customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner.
The role will be accountable for providing an independent view of readiness across key project milestones such as Business Process change assessments; people change impact assessments, and supporting the development of implementation and embedding plans.
Area of responsibility:
1. Support the delivery key Logistics strategic initiatives to Business Case sign off
- Lead the development of business cases
- Conduct Business Readiness Assessments
- Provide objective advice to the business on the level of business readiness
- Coordinate & utilise Business Readiness Tracking processes to track the completion of the key activities and outcomes that the business needs in order to be ready for project(s) Go-live.
- Influence key business stakeholders to pro-actively support the completion of key activities
- Assist with the resolution of issues where appropriate
- Work with business cross functionally on cross functional impacts.
2. Project execution readiness assessment
Business Continuity Planning
- Define, track, monitor and assist (where relevant) the implementation of business continuity plans in preparation for go-live
Cutover Planning
- Assist with the identification of key activities and plans associated with Cutover planning (Ramp Down, Cutover & Ramp Up)
- Assist and influence relevant business functions to execute key activities associated with cutover plans
Implementation and anchoring planning
- Ensure business has a comprehensive implementation and embedding plan ready before cut over/go-live
3. Supply Integrated Change Management
Related Projects
- Understand and monitor key dependencies with other projects
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams on the delivery of strategic initiatives
- Participate in strategic reviews of logistics transformation projects
