Primary Purpose of the role:&nbsp; - Responsible for day-to-day operational activities in OTC activities including Indent management, Claim management, Collection applications, Invoicing, discount management and depot management. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities : 1. Daily Activities i. Day to day sales accounting, dispatches, and booking of sales revenue 2. Month End Activities i. Monthly provisioning of OTC - VIC/VLC cost in the books. ii. Reconciliation of sales data available in Syspro and distributors system if any. iii. Monthly Reconciliation with CFA for pending claims and settlement thereof. iv. Processing of claims of CFA / CISP and Distributors on regular basis as per agreement and obtain an NDC. v. Tracking of Claims and ensure adequate provisioning in books. vi. Collection reconciliation with corporations, Distributors and retail markets. vii. Tracking of Manual credit notes for Breakages and accounting at the time of receipt of collection from corporation 3. Budget Activities : i. Preparation budget of VIC / VLC cost of OTC and tracking the actuals 4. Ad Hoc i. Furnishing all the required details to internal &amp; External Auditors Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes:&nbsp; Education &amp; Experience :&nbsp; 1. Degree/ Master degree in Finance 2. 3-4 years prior related experience required (e.g. OTC, PTP, ATR domain or similar) Skills &amp; Knowledge:&nbsp; 1. Strong Analytics background i. Work in a multi-cultural environment ii. High level of service mindset iii. Coordinating skills iv. Intermediate business sense v. Good analytical and problem-solving skills vi. Dynamic 2. Interpersonal Expertise: i. Capable of being entrusted with confidential information ii. Ability to build productive working relationships - internally and externally iii.
