Job Purpose: - Be a part of the team focused on tracking business performance, identifying monthly results, managing the business, providing visibility/insights, guaranteeing consistency of information available for decision making, planning and target setting - Be a credible, independent business partner to management - Driving performance to ensure effective P&amp;L and Balance Sheet management to deliver the entity targets Key Responsibilities : - Planning - Annual Business Cycle : - Assist in the development of the operating and financial plan (1year/3year/10year) - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools - Management Reporting&nbsp; - Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports - Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports - Work closely with the functional PPMs to develop the monthly forecasts for the P&amp;L and Cash Flow Performance Measurement &amp; improvement: - Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance - Suggest performance improvements by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies - Assist to develop and automate financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Special Projects: - Support the analyses of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations - Support ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis requests from Senior Management Education: - Education from a top college, university in India/ Abroad - Qualified CA and/ or MBA will be a definite advantage Experience: - 3-6 years of professional experience - Strong and proven track record wherever you worked
