A1 has strong focus towards social inclusion, healthcare inclusion and financial inclusion.  Position Title - HR Generalist  Experience - 3 to 6 years  Base Location - Noida  Job Summary: The candidate will work closely with the business teams to provide various human resources programs, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention. Also develop the policies and implement best practices.  - Identify the staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select the best applicants, with end to end recruitment   - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development.   - Manage payroll & benefits for the entire organization.   - Performance Management, Incentive Management and Exit Process Management. Drive processes like Reward & Recognition, Employee Learning and Development, etc.   In addition to the above, the candidate has to:  - Create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met. Create & manage HR guidelines & HR handbooks. Implement and administer employee policies. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures   - Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization, implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams.   - Hearing and resolving employee grievances counseling employees and supervisors.   - Act as single point of contact for business leaders on any HR related advise/request   - Performance Management, Incentive Management and Exit Process Management. Drive processes like Reward & Recognition, Employee Learning and Development, etc.   Key Skills/Requirements :   - 3-6 years of HR Generalist experience in building organization strategy and execution.  - Experience in Hiring and talent management  - Expertise in HR policies, procedures and compliances  - Excellent communication and organization management skills  - MBA with specialization with Human Resources Management or related discipline  Salary Offered: 5 - 12 LPA
