We are looking to aggressively expand and are currently in the process of entering in to strategic alliances with domestic manufacturers of bio-medical products.  Company Website: www.4tranz4.com   Job Description:  Designation: Business Development Manager  Roles and Responsibilities:   - The candidate would be part of the corporate sales team and will be involved in closing negotiations for a strategic alliance with manufacturers/suppliers of bio-medical products.  - Understand our business model and identify potential clients.  - Identify and get in touch with concerned departments/decision makers at the client end.  - Understand the needs and requirements of the client and create and optimised proposals for them.  - Presentation of our proposal of strategic alliance to the client end and negotiation of the final contract.  - Co-ordinate administrative tasks for the Business Development department.  Essential Pre-requisites:  - A strategic thinker who is able to develop and refine strategy for successful implementation for each new product.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills.  - Good Presentation skills  - Basic IT and numeric skills.  Candidate Profile:  - A background in finance or banking would be preferred.  - Candidate should have been a part of a corporate sales team.   - Experience in the health-care industry is not mandatory although it would be preferred.
