42hertz is a future facing software products and services company catering to multiple fortune 500 clients across US, Europe and Japan. It is aggressively expanding and growing at 300% CAGR. It focuses on solving niche problems in these companies which other big names fail to solve.   We are looking for a HR manager who will be responsible for both HRG and Recruitment functions. We intend to expand the team in future and hire recruiters/specialist functions to support the HR manager. You will be working with a seasoned leadership team from IIM's and ISB's.  Your responsibilities will be to :   - Architect the HR strategy for 42hertz   - Define and manage the core HR functions for the org  - Define and manage the performance management of the org  - Define and manage compensation and benefits of the org  - Innovate on the HR processes to give the company an edge in the market  - Drive year-end appraisals for the org  - Drive manager-team interaction framework  - Design and lead training & development needs of the org  - Work with managers towards creating successful and high-performing people centric org  - Employee on/off boarding  - Attracting and sourcing candidates, both technical and non-technical  - Writing clear-cut job descriptions  - Screening candidates and delivering them for interviewing   - Owning and managing recruiting pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals and employee referrals   - Tracking the performance and response rates of different approaches, keeping metrics and periodically providing analysis  - Identifying new recruiting sources and opportunities  - Charting out the people strategy for the company  Qualification and Required Skillset :   - MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school   - 3-7 years of relevant performance in a HR position (preferably a startup!)  - Impeccable communication skills and attention to detail  - Deep knowledge of HR regulations and practices   - Significant experience in all facets of human resources - performance management, talent assessment, learning and development, organizational design and employee relations  - Experience leading recruiting processes including candidate identification, screening, interview management and on-boarding   - A solid understanding of payroll, benefits and talent management  - Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment; startup and working in a high growth company is a plus!  - Good understanding of people!
