The Opportunity :

This is a tremendous job opportunity to join one of the fastest growing enterprise solutions. You will be working on multiple AX implementations for customers across the globe. Due to the criticality of the role, 42hertz is looking for experienced business analysts/functional consultants who have the right level of analytical & consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively work and contribute to the growth of the practice and organization. A candidate who has a track record of 2-3 large scale ERP implementations preferably across multiple markets would be a right match.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Understand the clients Business Processes and identify improvement opportunities

- Consult CxOs on process improvements through technology

- Translate business requirements into functional requirements

- Determine gaps between business requirement and system

- Architect innovative solutions to address the customers requirements

- Document the functional design document based on gaps identified, as well as for the standard functions to meet the client needs.

- Identify, document and perform the necessary setup and configs required

- Development of functional scenario based test scripts and test data to support all solution testing

- Test all aspects of the scenarios for the processes in his/ her remit

- Acts as the core point of contact for all functional discussions and map client business requirements, processes and objectives to satisfy clients' needs.

- Conduct training to key-users and n-users of the system.

- Work with the development team to ensure the end state product meets the defined requirements as listed in the functional design documents. Closely work together with the team to ensure all issues are being addressed.

Qualification and Required Skillset :

- MBA in Finance or CA or Engineering degree with solid corporate business knowledge

- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems

- At-least 2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, with at least 2 projects in the finance module

- Very g written / spoken communication skills is mandatory

- Structured and analytical working approach to resolve critical problems

- Should be a person who is self-driven and adjusts well to a fast-paced work environment.

- Patient a positive, customer-friendly attitude and has the ability to work with people from different cultures & languagues

- Good presentation skills and ability to drive workshops with the right level of confidence and engagement

- Flexible attitude to the role's working hours - with a strong focus on getting the work done

- Good problem solver

- Willingness to travel when required
