Assistant Manager/ Manager - Solution Development
Key Responsibilities
- Route Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Network Design - Performing SC Network engineering product presentations and network Engineering
- Project lead Supply Chain Design studies
- Lead support network engineering team in Data collection, perform data cleansing and validation for baseline model.
- Create what-if scenarios, analytics, and reporting.
- Analysis and description of customer specific networks.
- Perform ongoing assessment, analysis and improvement of customers supply chain network
- Develop, maintain and apply Supply Chain Design Method of Approach (MOA)
- Lead to customer sales cycle during the solutions delivery phase and implementation of the solutions.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements :
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power point)
- Should have exposure to Tableau, Lamasoft (locom), xcargo, qlickview
- B. Tech degree from a reputed industry and MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
- 4-8 years of prior relevant experience of working in Supply Chain/ Logistics domain
- Experience in a Supply Chain Consulting environment a definite plus.
Personal Characteristics :
- Fair Problem solving & analytical Skills
- Handling work pressure with time bound delivery of projects.
- Fair convincing/presentation ability
- Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and word etc).
- Good Management skills
- Ready to travel as required
