Operations Associate (Bangalore-WhiteField, HSR Layout, Uttrahalli, Yasvantpur)

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to join our operations team! In this exciting entry-level opportunity, you will be an inaugural member of a team that ensures flawless service delivery by our fleet of personal shoppers.

What You'll be Doing:

- Initiate and coordinate processes to ensure qualified applicants join our personal shopper team

- Liaise with Personal Shoppers to ensure that we execute on our delivery promise to customers

- Problem solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues

- Longer term, provide feedback and process improvements to benefit the entire company

- Passion for operations

- Attention to detail

- Top notch organization skills

- Strong critical thinking ability in technical & non-technical issues

- Desire for a high level of ownership

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
