General Manager

Upcoming Online Grocery portal 24x7fresh.in is looking for a proven leader to join our Operations team. The City GM is responsible for managing the growth of the City.

What You’ll be Doing:

1. Work closely with the CEO to set and develop city-specific strategy and metrics

2. Own and manage the P&L for your respective cities

3. Lead local city teams to execute and deliver on their milestones

4. Work closely with other GMs to develop and implement best practices across cities

5. Communicate product/process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to deliver on them

6. Assist the Expansion Team with the launch of new cities

What You Should Already Have:

1. 5+ years experience with hiring and managing all-star teams

2. Strong sales and marketing experience with a consumer facing product

3. Hands-on experience with building products/running operations

4. Past experience with strategy planning and development

5. Entrepreneurial experience, whether in a startup, small business or side project

6. Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and execute efficiently

7. Ability to work hard, hustle, and get things done
