What You'll Be Doing

As we continue our exponential growth, 24x7fresh.in is looking for a retail/CPG veteran to join our growing Business Development Team. The person we are looking for loves client service, is passionate about the retail industry, and is able to work both independently and with teams to get things done. Having spent time in Management Consulting or in retail-focused Business Development/Sales roles, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing 24x7fresh.in relationships with Corporates in the South, particularly the Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

What You- ll Be Doing

- Identify Institutions to engage with 24x7fresh.in value proposition

- Actively develop and maintain partnership relationships with Institutions

- Deliver presentations to client stakeholders from: Merchandising, Corporate Strategy, Store Operations, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service and Executive Management

- Partner with our Engineering, Product and Operations teams to ensure alignment between partner objectives and 24x7fresh.in capabilities

- Track, report, and analyze Institutionsperformance against objectives

- Conduct on-going business reviews with Institutions partners and develop specific programs to grow their accounts on 24x7fresh.in

- Manage Corporates - pipeline- and forecast for Area

- Represent 24x7fresh.in to the grocery retail community at industry conferences, speaking panels, and trade association events

What You Should Already Have

- MBA preferred

- 0-8 years leadership experience in a combination of Institutions Consulting and/or Business Development for a consumer product manufacturer or consumer focused tech start-up

- Confident and poised presenter and communicator

- Self starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership

- Strong analytics and comfort with large data sets

- Passion and experience working in or serving clients in the retail industry

- Comfort with travel (30-40%)
