Job Title Project Manager (Transition and Capacity Planning)

- Graduate with good experience in Handling transitions for Voice /Chat operations in mandatory.

- Decision making ability at different situations

- Coordination with clients, internal operations and support functions

- Project Reporting

- Basic data analytical and reporting skills

- Accurately plan capacity requirements as per revenue projections

- Generate and publish short and long term forecasts on capacity

- Planning of training room requirements

- Provide pre-sales support for RFPs
