[24]7-Innovation Labs is currently seeing a Director/Senior Director for Product Management to build out the next generation of Collaboration applications that provide awesome customer experiences. This includes responsibility for development initiatives for our Assist Chat, Assist Ops and Assist for Voice/IVR applications.  [24]7-Innovation Labs makes it simple for consumers to connect with companies to get things done. We offer a suite of SaaS applications, all running on our Predictive Experience Platform - to drive customer service and sales outcomes across the web, social, mobile, and voice channels. We work with large enterprises like American Express, Capital One, and Optus to increase conversions, reduce the cost of service and sales, and dramatically improve the customer service and sales experiences they provide.  Responsibilities:  Product Strategy:   - Determining the 3 year core strategic vision for where we'll compete, how we'll compete why we'll be successful in achieving our business goals  Product Planning:   - Translating Core Strategic Vision into rolling 18 month prioritized product roadmap and securing funding for the initiatives   Product Lifecycle Management:   - Working with R&D teams to articulate market/product requirements to take roadmap initiatives through the development lifecycle from concept to generally available product to end of life  Team Management:  - Build an organization capable of driving product initiatives successfully across the company.  - Recruit, select, develop, coach and counsel a strong product line management team.   - Develop team accountabilities and performance expectations.  Customer Engagement:   - Inbound/outbound customer engagement to solicit input for next generation products and proactively evangelize our offering with internal/external customers  Desired Skills & Experience:  - BS/BA in Business or Computer Science, MBA preferred  - 5+ years- experience building/leading rockstar product management teams  - Actionable insight on the problems that large enterprises are trying to solve related to Customer Experience and the technical depth to understand the merits of approaches for solving them  - Domain expertise in applications that leverage web/mobile touchpoints for customer journeys in Sales and Customer Service  - Proven track record of launching and managing Enterprise SaaS applications in a multi-site global organization that leverages agile development methodology  - Strong, written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to - win friends and influence people- at executive levels  - Strong personal charisma and vision for the future  - Sense of urgency and passion for winning
