Job description  Job title- Vice President and Head of Human Resource, India.   Reports to - Head of HRD - India & Americas   Base location - Bangalore   Work timings - IST - 2pm - 11pm   This role has the overall responsibility to lead HR function of India BPO Organization comprising of two centers (Bangalore and Hyderabad) with a strength of 5,500+ employees.   This role will be part of the [24]7 India leadership team working closely with business and functional leaders, strategizing business goals and executing key HR initiatives.   Holds budget responsibility for HR function.   Key Responsibilities   - Provide strategic thinking and direction to the team   - Implement the Human Resource strategies across the organization effectively and efficiently.  - Analyze trends, mine data to produce effective action plans and track the progress with the team.  - Forecast and anticipate organizational needs and course correct swiftly and innovate.  - Be agile on changing statutory requirements and ensure that the organization is fully compliant.  - Know and understand the market trends and leverage the knowledge for creating impactful compensation and incentive - structures, acquire - right fit- talent which aligns to the culture of the organization.  - Manage change and/or initiate change for the enhancement of the organization.  - Mentor and coach managers, align self and team to the organizational culture  - Lead to create an evolved HR organization  - Have a clear understanding of the needs of the employees and build effective retention strategies in synergy with them.  Education Qualification and work experience   - Should be an MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institute or have requisite experience in the HR domain.  - 17 + years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions in IT/ITES organization.  - Candidates with experience in third party BPO's at leadership level preferred.  - Sound knowledge of HR strategies, processes and systems, compensation & benefits, payroll, organizational planning and development, employee relations, retention planning, performance management, Human resources management systems, health and welfare benefits, safety and security norms and compliance and labour laws.  Skill   - Problem solving skills  - Interviewing skills  - Ability to handle confrontations and convert them to meaningful discussions.  - Negotiation skills  Personal Qualities   - Is collaborative  - Is flexible and adaptable  - Has the ability to make decisive calls for the people and the business.  - Is proactive in her/his approach to any requirement of the organization  - Can motivate and inspire people  - Has the ability to listen and respond without bias or subjectivity.  - Has Maturity of judgment and is intellectually agile  - Shows a high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings.  For Any further clarification Pls. reach out to Prasad .M Mobile : 9945480832
