Job Description  This position is primarily responsible for the execution of the different audits (operational, financial, governance, IT, investigative) identified to each individual, as defined in the Annual Audit Plan. A key to this position is the individual's current knowledge and familiarity of global laws, regulations, and practices that may impact the company's operations, as well as the capability to be updated on the relevant laws, regulations, and practices. Leads their audits through developed expertise. The focus is on implementations, operations, and controls for the team.  Qualification:- C.A Intern   Years of Experience:- 5+ years   Requirements   - 3- 5 years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit or External Audit, developed in an international business environment, extensive knowledge of and skill in applying management principles and preferred business practices  - Any external audit experience is a Big Four firm or its affiliate  - Possess thorough understanding of Financial audit principles  - GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act  - Skilled in planning and project management  - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work through a global organization to influence change  - Possess solid judgment, combined with the ability to manage and execute the day-to-day activities of the department  - Outcome driven professional with credibility, expertise, and high ethical standards  A Certified Chartered Accountant, with a thorough knowledge of the principles, procedures, and practices of Accounting and Auditing - International Accounting Standards, International Auditing Standards, US GAAP - and prepared to understand the respective local GAAP of the countries that [24]7 operates in  - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills  This position's work delivery includes, but is not limited to, assisting all members of management in the effective execution of their responsibilities through an examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of [24]7's governance, risk management, internal controls and quality of carrying out assigned responsibilities to achieve [24]7's stated goals and objectives. Key focus areas would be:  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Conduct or assist in conducting reviews of organizational and functional activities.  - Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls over those activities.  - Plan and execute audit assignments, in accordance with accepted professional standards.  - Report audit findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations, and reducing costs.  - Perform or assist in performing special reviews at the request of management and as directed by the Head of Internal Audit  - Perform the audit in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program.  - Make oral or written presentation to management during and at the conclusion of the audit, discussing deficiencies, recommending Corrective action, and suggesting improvements in operations and reductions in cost.  - Prepare formal written reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out. Present quality audit reports with practical, actionable, and effective recommendations  - Appraise the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions.  - Participate in the development of the annual risk-based plan. Understand business segments and associated risk. Recommend adjustments to audit plan as needed.  - Perform thorough and in-depth audit reviews, reflecting a strong knowledge of financial, governance, investigative and operational activities, and the business systems, which support the business activities.  - As a lead auditor, effectively plan and manage audit engagements, and identify and make appropriate adjustments to the audit plan or program as needed during the audit.  - Effectively utilize a broad range of tools to support audit work, including data analysis tools such as ACL, benchmarking, and business research tools.  - Identify opportunities to complete audit work more efficiently and apply new audit tools and techniques  - Stay current on developments in the audit profession, industry, and within the company
