Data Science is the business we are in!!  Senior Analytic Consultant  Educational Qualification:   - Bachelors/Master degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering/OR  - MBA  - MCA  Key Expectations:  Delivery:   - Build predictive models, work closely with the deployment team to ensure they are correctly deployed, track their performance & optimize the same, under minimum guidance from senior member.  - Perform routine activity related to analytics delivery & business analysis  - Lead day to day activities for at least one project/account  - Ensure process/project documentation  - Possess sufficient knowledge & skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization Learning:  - Focus on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the analytics delivery  Competencies:  Must have:  - Good communication skills  - Logical thinking  - Result oriented  - SQL knowledge   - Predictive Modelling knowledge  - Coding skills - any one or more - R, Python, SAS, JS etc  - Business knowledge- FMCG, Retail, FS  - Ownership traits  - Open for challenges  - Respect for others  - Transparency in communication  - Team player   Good to have:  - Client management skills  - Out of the box thinking (preferable)  - Ability to Influence Stakeholders  - Exposure to Machine Learning techniques  Experience Level: 2-6 years
