Manage the Employee Referral candidate experience  Build, Grow And Market A Strong Employer Brand - 30% :   - Identify, evaluate and build the business case for brand promotion opportunities, including PR, event and social media campaigns  - Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities to publicize [24]7 culture, work and news to attract new talent  - Maximize the visibility of the company with appropriate stakeholder groups, including trade and business press, to ensure the company's position is understood   - Oversee and direct all [24]7 campus events and BTL activities designed to enhance the brand awareness and talent acquisition initiatives  - Create company literature and other forms of communication.  - Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.  - Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions.  - Develop high quality and error free marketing communication collaterals.  - Design and launch email marketing campaigns.  - Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses.  - Manage media buying initiatives & implementation  - Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, and corporate newsletter content   - Coordinate event, conference and press interviews.  - Develop and manage brand guidelines   Internal Communication - 30% :   - Develop and execute communications plans and tactics to support a variety of strategic initiatives - including new employee program and benefits rollouts, monthly business updates, and change management programs.  - Develop leadership communications strategy and plans for the leadership team   - Provide ongoing support and advice to leaders regarding messaging and delivery   - Draft a variety of content & communications, including key messages, FAQs, emails, talking points, presentations, intranet articles, and other general communications as required.  - Create videos, memos and other materials as needed to support employee communications.   - Provide communications strategy and planning support and guidance for key processes and critical projects across [24]7 as needed.   - Develop standard work, templates, brand guidelines and graphics for internal communication  Candidate Details :  Qualification : Should be a MBA with specialization in Marketing, from a reputed Institute  - 10 + years of progressive leadership experience in Marketing / Corp Communications positions in IT / ITES organizations  - Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing & communication strategy developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, media relations, managing corporate social communities, employee referral programs, digital marketing campaigns for talent acquisition, etc.   - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Excellent interpersonal, team management and coaching skills  - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop the marketing staff members  - Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills  Personal Qualities :   -
