10i - Manager - eCommerce Operations (4-8 yrs)
Reporting into the head eCommerce operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the eCommerce Market Place operations
- Setting up the team that will be reporting into you
- Monitoring and Ensuring no breach in the predefined SLA's
- Establishing the good connect with the vendor, logistics partners
- Handling the operations process change management
- Working with the other functions like category management in meeting the business goals
- Motivating the team members and ensuring smooth run of the operations
The Successful Applicant:
- Entrepreneurial individual who has the drive and vision to expand the business.
- Independent and self driven (can you go to work every day by yourself and get things done).
- Willing to work in an environment of uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Define systems and processes to scale the business up.
- eCommerce exposure at a middle management level will be an advantage
