Role:
* Enable SC to deliver consistent and superior service levels to the
distribution channels by re-engineering & implementation of Dem and
Planning Process
* Develop custom er service strategy & end to end SC transformation
model - re-engineer & champion implementation of a robust S& O P process
* Championing the Sales & operation planning process re-engineering
and its implementation
* Identification and implementation of leading practices in the area
of (L& CO )
* Establishment of statistical models based baseline forecasting
leading to improvement in forecasting accuracy
* Supply chain strategy and design inputs for long term capacity road
map
* Supply Chain Dashboard / Scorecard
