· Strong background in sourcing, production planning, logistics, inventory management and manufacturing systems
· Experience in Business Reporting and analysis on various Supply Chain Metrics for Performance Evaluation.
· Expertise in the ERP/MRP, manufacturing accounting and business analytics is a big plus
· Participate and/or direct strategy sessions with business partners and communicate strategic analysis and solutions to senior management
· Evaluate supplier's performance (price, on-time delivery, quality, lead-time) and prepare feedback. Develop and administer improvement programs
· 5-7 years of relative experience
· BE or MBA (SCM) or MTech (Operation) would be preferable.
