Job Description
Designation: Operations Manager.
Job Location: Delhi (HO)
Candidate Profile:
Should have worked and managed client relationship.
Should have a good understanding and exposure to Customer service industry
Lead team and mentor individuals
Suggest and implement changes in the function
Charter projects and frameworks to improve Customer Experience
Build metrics and gauge performance
Must be able to handle Pan - India ops set ups / teams
The candidate should have a good understanding of BPO Operations
Have strong Operational hold
Coaching & Mentoring skills
Platform skills
Knowledge management
Supervisory Skills
Excellent knowledge of Telecom Processes & products
Good communication skills - Written and spoken fluency in English
Must be from Telecom industry
Proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project.
Qualification:
Post Graduate or MBA from a reputed institute with 8 - 10 yrs experience.
Industry Preference:
Telecom
BPO / ITES working in telecom domain
Institutes imparting Telecom based technical skills
