Location: Chief Operating Officer ( COO ) for a Facility Management ( FM ) Major at Gurgaon, India
Client : Our client is a prominent name amongst FM Players in India, employing over 3000 people and targetting the next phase of growth in the Indian FM market. The Group has an impressive list of over 700 customers for their FM and Guarding services combined.
Location : Gurgaon
Candidate :
1. Graduate with 12 - 20 years of managerial experience, with last 5-7 years with an FM company around an equivalent level.
2. MBAs from good Institutes would be preferred
3. Proven track record in FM industry
4. Experience in handling a large work-force
Compensation : Very attractive
