Location: *Procurement Manager for Biomass based renewable energy Solutions Company*

*About the Company*:
First Energy Pvt. Ltd. a Pune based company into biomass stove and pellets
requires a Procurement Manager. The company currently has plants in Islampur
(Maharashtra) & Dharwad (Karnataka). The candidate will be based at Pune.
*Job Description* :
- The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the sourcing of raw
materials (like Bagasse & other such bio-mass) through the right sources at
the most economical price
- He will also ensure the timely procurement of tools and machineries for
the plant
- Create contracting mechanisms so that assurance of supply is created
for the conversion units � processors & with farmers/aggregated farmer coop
etc.
- Liaise with outsourced converters for raw material & pellets
- Support/help stove manufacturers in procurement
*Experience & Competencies*
**
- The candidate should have an experience of 7-9 years in procurement for
companies in the agri business
- Well versed with the local language � Marathi & Kannada
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent in negotiations
