Location: For my current assignment I am looking for VP - Projects and Engineering for a Top BPO company based out of Gurgaon.
The required person should have the following credentials:
B-Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics
Extensive experience [12 - 15 years] running Operations and Maintenance for large BPO/ equivalent IT/ITES facilities
Knowledge in handling Datacenter / Air-conditioning / Precision AC/ Fire equipments etc.
Good communication skills and should have enough networking skills to drive change across functions and locations; good network to facilitate changes based on industry trends
Hands-on experience in the electrical stream
Should have the capability to manage sites remotely and should be prepared to travel inter/ intra city extensively
Have hands on experience managing projects - green field sites/existing fit outs etc
