Location: We have an urgent opening for the position of:
Position: Senior Sourcing /Procurement Manager
Location: Bangalore( ONLY BANGALORE BASED CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY, NO RELOCATION APPLY)
CTC: 10 to 12 lacs
Experience Required: 8 to 10 years
Target companies :
Senior Sourcing/Procurement Managers from the Gifting/FMCG/ Pharma industries in the areas of non Technical purchases primarily with proven track record in the areas of Apparels and Non Apparels.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle the entire sourcing/procurement operation for the business with specialization in Non Apparels.
• Co-ordinate between Sales teams both local and Regional on a day to day basis to address and execute business needs.
• Support and manage the Sourcing Co-ordinators based at the Regional Offices and HO to support the Regional sales team for sampling and Bulk needs on a daily basis.
• Should be conversant with costings across various products categories.
• Should have excellent communication and reporting skills.
• International and domestic buying. Strategic buying planning and Inventory Management and Control.
• Product procurement and sourcing from India and other Asian countries.
• Building new vendors & developing key supplier relationships.
• Be the torch bearer for product procurement within the organization. Ensure that costs being negotiated and finalised are the best possible in the marketplace.
• Proven experience in developing new categories and ranges.
• Order management. Export – Import documentation and procedures.
• Inter departmental co-ordination. Also coordinating with suppliers, overseas buyers, packaging companies, freight forwarders, shipping companies, bankers, trade bodies, various governmental & non-governmental agencies etc.
• Lead a team of sourcing executives across various locations and ensure a high level of engagement and effectiveness.
