Location: *HR Functional Expert required for a Start-Up in the Management Consulting

*About the venture*
This venture is in the space of management consulting and is aimed at
providing operational improvement solutions to mid-tier clients using a
unique business model. Our model is to develop a ‘menu’ of operations
improvement solutions within various management processes. These will be in
the form of ‘self-help’ guides hosted over a web engine. These will be sold
as subscriptions and clients can use it for driving specific initiatives in
their environment. At key stages and whenever else the client / user
requires, expert support will be provided remotely over email / phone /
chat.
Through this model, we wish to take top quality management consulting
solutions to mid-tier clients.
*About the profile*
Amongst other things, the most exciting part is that in this profile the
person will be part of the start-up team. This takes the responsibilities
levels beyond normal functioning as this role will be critical in initial
operations.
Person in this profile will be required to
· Identify specific client requirements in Human resources
management process
· Prioritize these requirements based on needs analysis
· Design and develop solutions in the identified areas
· Manage vendors (instruction designers and graphics specialists)
· Provide expert support to clients
In addition, the person is expected to participate in strategy discussions,
developing roadmap for the venture, etc.
*Ideal background*
Ideally, the person should have 8-10 years of experience in HR function with
MNC / Indian firms that have a very strong process orientation. The person
should be an MBA (HR specialization) from a reputed business school. Key
constituents are as follows:
· Deep understanding of various processes with Human resource
function
· Very strong process orientation
· Business problem solving
