Location: GM - HR (Talent Acquisition) needed for a Leading FMCG MNC, with Presence in more than 120 Countries. This Position would be based out of Mumbai.
The position requires in-depth experience and relevant skills in Recruiting, Communication, Staffing Technology, Vendor Negotiation, Cost Containment and Team management as part of the HR function.
Need to have a proven track record designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
The ability to drive down cost per hire, Improve Quality of hire and build Talent pools ahead of Business Needs is required.
Qualifications Needed : -
MBA (HR) from XLRI, TISS, Other Leading Management Institutes.
Highly experienced recruitment professional with10 to 12 years of experience of hiring.
Proficient on advise on hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, diversity programs, internal mobility and the employee referral program.
Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on job specifications, market conditions, competitor information and compensation.
Monitor recruitment performance in accordance with the recruitment dashboard and periodic roadmap.
