Location: A LEADING FMCG MAJOR - IS LOOKING IN FOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER
(STRATEGIC ROLE )- BASED AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE .
JOB PROFILE : ----------
Strategy and Planning :
Participate in the setting of the HR vision and Strategy;
Partner with senior executives, managers and individual employees
on delivering pro-active HR solutions to meet strategic business
needs; Develop talent management programs and policies along with
Head HR and other COEs ; feed back business challenges into the
strategy and policy-making process; work directly with region
business partner(s) and consult on strategic business/regional
issues and their human resource implications, IN ORDER TO
ensure alignment of regional priorities with organizational
priorities
Employee Relations :
Ensure effective management of employee relations issues (e.g.,
grievances, concerns, deployment, staffing); act as primary point
of contact between Bu's and corporate HR; IN ORDER TO ensure
harmonious employee relations.
HR Projects/ Program Delivery :
Interpret and implement policies and procedures in a consistent
manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate COE's; Conduct
regular assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
with BU's; Coordinate with the various COEs on specific issues
and needs, Oversee implementation of new HR programs and practices
across the BU's IN ORDER TO ensure design and delivery of HR
projects and services are relevant to needs.
Review and Reporting :
Review various reports generated and share updates with the HR
Head and management IN ORDER TO ensure timely and accurate
reporting of information for decision making.
Establishes channels of communication between the BU's and the
COE's to inform them of business issues/ priorities, share best
practices and learnings and help formulate solutions."
