    The successful candidate for head of talent acquisition typically, has
    a proven track record designing and implementing major recruiting
    strategies. The position requires in-depth experience and relevant
    skills in recruiting, communication, staffing technology, vendor
    negotiation, cost containment and team management as part of the HR
    function. The ability to drive down cost per hire, increase candidate
    and hiring manager satisfaction, improve quality of hire and build
    talent pools ahead of business needs is required.

    The ideal candidate for this challenging role will be a highly
    experienced recruitment professional (MBA + 8-10 years of particular
    experience of volume & high value hiring in competitive environments) .
    Proficient on advise on hiring methodology, recruitment and search
    procedures, candidate sourcing and management, diversity programs,
    internal mobility and the employee referral program.

    Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on job
    specifications, market conditions, competitor information and
    compensation. Monitor recruitment performance in accordance with the
    recruitment dashboard and periodic roadmap.
