Location: Looking for a senior L&D professional for one of our MNC clients. Role
offers Leadership Development, Training Head and OD components for India
business. It can emerge into a location HR Head (2000 people setup).
Required:
1. Excellent background. MBA from one of XLRI/TISS/IIMs/ Symbiosis/ FMS/SP
Jain etc.
2. Experience could be between 8-12 years.
3. Training and L&D exposure is important.
4. Preferably from services industry.
5. Location - Preferably Bangalore.
