Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
- Experience : 5 to 7 years post qualification from premier institutes (full time)
- Industry Preference: ITES (BPO/KPO/LPO/Banking/Financial Services)
- Should have exposure in the following areas:
- Performance Management
- HRIS/ HRMS
- HR Dashboards
- Compensations & Benefits
- Policy & procedures formulations
- Statutory Compliances; Organization designs
