Required:

• Excellent background. MBA from one of XLRI/TISS/IIMs/ Symbiosis/ FMS/SP Jain etc.
• Experience could be between 8-12 years.
• Training and L&D exposure is important.
• Preferably from services industry.
• Location - Preferably Bangalore.
