Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
Experience :  9 to 12  years post qualification from premier institutes
Lead HR Advisory engagements[organizational change management; performance management; competency modeling and assessment] (preferably from Consulting)
Handle multiple projects in the capacity of a Subject matter expert to drive diverse HR projects
Client Liasoning; preparation of concept notes, program and project delivery
