Location: Human Resources Manager
This position is with one of our clients and the person will have to be based out of Chennai India. Our client is a well funded organization in the Not for Profit space. They need a Senior Human Resources Executive, with about 8 to 10 years of experience. The incumbent should be able to handle recruitment at multiple levels, using both traditional and non traditional methods for an ever expanding organization. In addition to Recruitment, the candidate will also be assigned other Human Resources functions. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Desired Profile
A bachelors degree or higher, MBA is desirable.
Ability to understand recruitment and training needs for an organization with international partners.
Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
An ability to work independently and take initiative to lead and manage tasks and propose solutions
Comfort in working in a multicultural and international staff environment
This position is based in Chennai, but may require some travel.
