Job Description -:

• Responsible for entire functions and activities of talent management
• Proper functioning and monitoring of Performance Management System
• Proper and timely execution of Reward & Recognition for employees, timely and proper completion of confirmations of Employees
• Proper allocation of KRAs (Key Result Areas) among employees according to competency mapping
• Interpretation of performances of employees on the basis of different criteria for further talent development
• Monitoring and management of all activities for employee engagement
• Responsible for Employee Grievance Redressing and Employee Counseling
