Location: Our client is a large player in the Healthcare / Pharma sector in India. For a very challenging leadership role in HR-OD and L&D Space, they are looking out for stable profiles with an exposure of close to 5-9 years in HR with significant contribution in L&D- both strategy, designing & implementation. The incumbent will be responsible for OD & L&D initiatives at a strategic level .
Desired Profile -Seasoned L&D Professional from Tier I HR Institutes preferably with past experience in a large process driven MNC or a large Indian company with strong HR practices . Past experience in FMCG/ Pharma/ Consumer Durables sector company shall be preferred.
