Location:     We are looking for "Head HR" for one of our clients.

    Company – Fortune 500 Company, which is into Power Protection
    solutions and Precision Air Condition segment.

    Job description –
    Will be responsible to look after the entire gamut of HR/ IR for plant
    based in Nerul . Focus will be more on HR activities.
    • The Role occupant will lead the HR Function in the Plant and will
    be responsible for all HR & IR Subsystems
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Carrying out the HR interventions in the shopfloor for Employee
    engagement.
    • Formulating & Executing the Skill development programs for the
    shopfloor operators & Competency building for supervisors.
    • Ensuring the Statutory compliances
    • Strong Liaison with the government bodies
    • Union Management

    COMPETENCE DESIRED FOR THE JOB:
    • Strong at HR Orientation with good shopfloor HR intervention
    skills like Kaizen, suggestion scheme etc.
    • Good at Planning and Executing the Training methodology
    • Strong Liaison skills
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills
    • Good conceptual Knowledge

    POSITION REPORTS FUNCTIONALLY TO DIRECTOR HR AND VP HR

    Required experience and qualification
    MBA/PGDM/MSW with 12 to 20 yrs of experience

    Compensation –12 lacs PA

    Location – Nerul
