Area Description


On boarding
  • Meet all new hires within the first 30 days
  • Ensure compliance processes are adhered to for all new hires
  • Goal setting within a month of joining
  • Create a meaningful new hire orientation & training program for employees joining the vertical along with the L&D team

Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Plan and conduct monthly welfare events for teams
  • to include cultural, community service, sports, intellectual, etc.
  • Responsible for R&R in the division. Will be the
  • central point of contact for all nominations and liaise proactively with the
  • Operations leadership to ensure complete transparency
  • Identify employees who are at risk and ensure
  • recommendations are made to manage attrition. Working closely with and
  • providing counsel to Operations leadership on the subject of effective
  • retention planning
  • Organise forums, working groups, seminars, road
  • shows, training sessions, and other information-sharing activities involving
  • staff
  • Creatively strive to educate/mentor Operations
  • leadership (at all levels) on the absolute necessity to cultivate, nurture
  • and develop relationships with all employees as the first step towards
  • focused and proactive retention practices
  • Facilitate and coordinate Town Hall Meetings,
  • Round Table Sessions and Coffee Sessions to further reinforce relationship
  • building

Employee Communication
  • Prepare appropriate communication materials inline with the corporate communication policy
  • Manage communication through the Intranet along with other RMs
  • Create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within the vertical
  • Manage the dispute resolution process within the vertical
  • Conduct open houses, skip level meetings with the Managers / employees to understand the issues/concerns
  • Conduct shift meetings on a monthly basis to ensure HR issues are addressed
  • Ensure timely & appropriate dissemination of all employee communication
  • Responsible for timely closure of these issues
