We are currently looking for an HR Operations person to handle
the following responsibilities.
1. Implementation of HR Basics in the Region
2. Employee Satisfaction and PAS
3. Learning and Development
4. Reward and Payroll
5. Office Administration
6. Temp Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
7. Statutory Compliance
5. Key challenges faced on the role (In relation to section 4 above)
6. Economic dimensions associated with role
Requirements:
The candidate will be a Graduate with a post graduate qualification in Human Resources from a good institute with 4 to 6 years experience in HR Operations with an exposure to Administration. A background in basic statutory compliance is preferable.
