Location: Our client is a diversified conglomerate, with operations spread across the Middle East, Africa, the Caspian, Asia Pacific and South Asia and provides EPC services in Process, Civil Infrastructure and Thermal Power.
We have been retained for sourcing VP – Resource Management, Location – Delhi. The purpose of this role is to ensure creation, adoption and implementation of a strategic plan for recruitment and resource management that is in alignment with the business strategy and its challenging and changing demands. The role would need to ensure timely on boarding of the "right" talent into the right roles across levels in the Business. The incumbent should carry an experience of around 15 years and exposure to hiring at Project stage is preferred but not essential.
