We are looking out for a Manager-Accounts position with Mahindra and Mahindra to be based at Worli, Mumbai

Job Description -

- Consolidation of Group Company Accounts Quarterly and Annual

- Group Company Budgets consolidation and Analysis of the same

- Preparation of various MIS such as Performance review of Acquisitions, Performance v/s budgets,

- Assist in the Preparation of Annual Report and quarterly stock exchange data

- Liaise with group companies and also with Statutory Auditors.

Desirable Attributes –

- Experience of Consolidation of Accounts & MIS Preferred

- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory framework such as listing agreement, Companies Act etc

- Good analytical ability and sound communication skills

- Knowledge of IND AS/IFRS desired.

Personal Profile -

- Educational Qualifications – Chartered Accountant

- Experience : 1-4 years

- Industry choice if any – Manufacturing, FMCG/ MNC

- Age – 30
