Job Description
Monthly Closing, GL, analysis & Reporting
- Scrutiny of General Ledger
- Provide the periodic reports on P/L,expenses,income etc
- Analyse the monthly P/L,indicatores,its trend and ensure corrective action for cost control/ABP revision
Maintain and update Agreement/ Masters
Store wise and Bank wise TID/MID master
- Ensure commercial terms on margin,MG/CC/Electricity are adhered as per agreement by vendors while billing
- Ensure SAP masters are in line with agreement
- Co ordinating and resolving queries raised by the vendor
Commercial Processes and Controls and Audit
- Review of internal controls & systems pertaining to Accounts Receivables & Payables
- Ensure timely and smoother closure of internal audit of -RO.
- Ensure submission of data/documents for statutory audit.
- Ensure timely submission of expenses invoices,its monitoring and booking.
- Ensure timely payments of vendors-expenses.
- Coordination & Resolution of queries raised by vendors
Accounts Receivables Management
- Ensure the monitoring & timely recovery of retails receivables,debit balances of creditors.
Accounts Payable & Petty Cash
- Ensure timely submission of petty cash vouchers and accounting.
- Ensure timely payments of vendors-FB merchandise.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor reconcilation
