Role Objective:
To Identify, assess and mitigate key risks facing the client on an ongoing manner with the current and new business lines across operations of the main company and its (future) subsidiaries. He/she will be reporting to the MD & CEO. Our client is a leading organisation in Retail Payment systems
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for enabling the efficient and effective governance of significant risks and related opportunities to the company and its various lines of business.
- Risks are commonly categorized as strategic, reputational, operational, financial or compliance related
- Development and implementation of regulatory compliance framework; managing relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Deal with internal auditing, corporate investigations, fraud and information security
- Develop, maintain and review policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and manager risks within the portfolio of businesses at various levels
Qualification / Experience:
Post Graduate in Statistics / MBA (Finance) / CA and diploma in risk management with a minimum of 12 years of business experience (Post Qualifications) with accounting / Legal Background, alternatively a minimum 12 years of experience in operation risk and/or audit disciplines.
Technical Knowledge and skills:
- Experience of implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach at an organization (desirable)
- Awareness of regulatory requirements for payment system in Indian framework
- Experience of internal auditing, corporate investigations, fraud and information security
- Good understanding of compliance requirements
Competencies
- Completely updated on various types of risks associated with payment Systems & electronic payment environment
- Ability to analyze data and trends in operational risk management
- Ability to coordinate, collaborate and extract the best from various investigation and supervisory authorities
Note
Preferably between 30 years and 45 year. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.
